Teila has served as our property manager for almost two years. After unsuccessfully trying to sell our house in the 12 South neighborhood, my wife and I reluctantly decided to put the house on the rental market. We were hesitant to rent the house for a variety of reasons, but once we met with Teila, many of those fears subsided. She carefully listened to our concerns and assured us she would do everything in her power to make sure the rental experience would be as painless as possible.

Once we hired her to manage the property, Teila worked tirelessly to market the property and get perspective renters in to tour the home. Teila was always on time for her scheduled appointments, and she showed great flexibility in working with our schedules to make sure the rental tours were convenient for us. After only a few weeks, Teila found a great group of renters who signed a lease on the home, and they recently renewed the lease for a second year.

Teila is generally very responsive to our inquiries and requests, and she is always willing to follow-up when we have a question or need someone to stop by the house to meet vendors for exterminating services or minor repairs. She also goes out of her way to keep us updated on any issues the renters may have and she works closely with us to make sure any maintenance requests are vetted and approved before a crew is sent out to the house. Even following the massive flooding in Nashville earlier this year, Teila made sure to keep us updated on the status of our home and personally went by to make sure there wasn’t any damage following the storms.

All in all, we have been very pleased with Teila and we would recommend her without hesitation for any homeowner looking for an attentive property manager.
